NSS SIT is the chapter of the National Service Scheme, institutionalised under the ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports Government of India. We aim to motivate students to indulge in nation building activities through various activities and projects which are aimed towards benefiting the people in and out of the campus. We share a belief that “ The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”  Such activities are always a great means of satisfaction and joy.

To hold on to our objective we have made NSS compulsory in the first year, and thereafter during the course of study in college, the students have their voluntary participation in the events. Social awareness , Health awareness , Cleanliness and Hygiene etc. are the subjects of involvement of our team as of now. As time progresses there surely will be more add-ons to the list of activities.
